Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of beef bed sheet
  • 4 spoonfuls of Crosse & Blackwell® English Sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of MAGGI® Juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 Cup of asadero cheese cut into pieces
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 piece of avocado for the salad, diced
  • 1/2 Cup of mango diced
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple diced
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato diced
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of habanero pepper finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • to taste of lettuce for the salad

    Preparation

    Place the beef sheets on a refractory, add Crosse & Blackwell® English Sauce, MAGGI® Juice and garlic powder, marinade for 10 minutes.
    On a board place a beef sheet, a piece of roasting cheese, roll and hold with chopsticks if necessary.
    Cover with a slice of bacon, and cook over medium heat in a pan until the meat is cooked and the bacon is browned. Reservation.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the avocado with the mango, the pineapple, the tomato, the purple onion, habanero pepper and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
    Serve the salad on lettuce leaves and a side of beef steak roll.

    PRESENTATION

    On a wooden board, accompanied by the avocado salad.

    TIPS

    You can replace the beef sheet with rib eye, it will be just as soft.
