The tacos of wire and chile pepper has not eaten for a long time the last time I ate it was with my dad and I love them.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 20 flour tortillas
  • 6 beef steaks
  • 4 bell peppers
  • slices of bacon
  • 3 onions

    Preparation

    In a pan place the oil, heat and add the bacon until it browns on the edges, drain and set aside.
    In the same bowl, fry the onion, once it is transparent, add the pepper and cook over low heat to soften.
    Season the meat with salt and pepper and add it to the pan, along with the bacon, cook the meat until it is well cooked.
    Add the Oaxaca cheese stripped through all the meat evenly and distribute.
    Heat the tortillas and add the prepared while the cheese melts.

    PRESENTATION

    I personally make some quesadillas with a lot of cheese and I throw the wire in the middle and I make some burrots.
