Ingredients

10 portions
  • 20 flour tortillas
  • 6 beef steak
  • 4 bell peppers
  • slices bacon
  • 3 onions

Preparation

In a frying pan, place the oil, heat and add the bacon until it is brown on the edges, drain and set aside.
In the same container, fry the onion, once it is transparent, add the pepper and cook over low heat to soften it.
Season the meat with salt and pepper and add it to the pan, along with the bacon, cook the meat until it is well cooked.
Add the shredded Oaxaca cheese evenly throughout the meat and distribute.
Heat the tortillas and add the mixture while the cheese melts.

PRESENTATION

Personally, I make myself some quesadillas with a lot of cheese and I put the wire in the middle and I make myself some burrotes.

TIPS

Tips from the chokorrola To enhance the flavor of the meat, I suggest that while it cooks, you add two tablespoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon of seasoning juice. Simmer the meat for a few more minutes before adding the cheese.
