Ingredients

13 portions
  • 13 corn tortillas
  • 1 kilo meat, to roast
  • 1/2 cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pico de gallo, or salsa flag
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 lemons
  • spicy sauces, to your taste

Preparation

We marinate the meat with salt and a lemon, put it on the grill for about three minutes and turn until it is roasted and juicy.
The avocado is liquefied with a pinch of salt and a little water we have the guacamole.
We put the taco on the tortilla and put the following meat on the cabbage, the salsa bandera, we put the guacamole, the hot sauce to your liking and finally the lemon.

TIPS

If the guacamole you want creamy we put a little milk.
