The recipe for the beef jerky tacos is a delicious flavored Peruvian taco dish.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 500 grams beef tenderloin, or loin meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • salt
  • red wine vinegars
  • parsley
  • soy sauce, or sillao

Preparation

Fry the garlic in hot vegetable oil and the meat cut into cubes and strips for 15 minutes. Remove the meat.
Brown onion and tomato in long, thick strips for 5 minutes. Add the yellow pepper cut into long strips.
