Ingredients

12 servings
  • 100 grams of sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water hot
  • 2 pieces of egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 4 1/4 cups of flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable shortening
  • Salt the one you like
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of chili pepper ground
  • 1 kilo of ground beef

    Preparation

    Beat eggs with water, then add oil and flour.
    Back and forth the crepes are made.
    Mix 4¼ cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of shortening, ½ cup of water and salt as you like. Apart mix 1/2 cup of ground chili, 1/2 cup of sweet pepper, 1/2 cup of cumin and 1 cup of oregano.
