Beat eggs with water, then add oil and flour.

Mix 4¼ cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of shortening, ½ cup of water and salt as you like. Apart mix 1/2 cup of ground chili, 1/2 cup of sweet pepper, 1/2 cup of cumin and 1 cup of oregano.
Incorporate the meat and, if you like spicy, reinforce the flavor with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat until the cooking liquid evaporates. Remove from the fire. At the last moment, heat the filling and place it in a serving dish. Decorate with touches of green and red.
