Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 kilo flank steak, natural, without marinating
  • 2 tablespoons maggi sauce
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, pounded
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup serrano pepper, cut into slices
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups beer
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In a bowl mix the flank steak with sauces, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mustard, olive oil, serrano pepper, purple onion, oregano, cilantro, lemon, soak with beer and marinate for 1 hour.
Heat a grill over medium heat, season the meat with salt and cook to the desired term, serve with onions, onions, chamomiles, serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a table corn salad and roasted chambray onions.
