3 servings
  • 1 kilo of flank steak natural, without marinating
  • 2 spoonfuls of maggi sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper pounded
  • 1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of serrano pepper cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of red onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of beer
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the flank steak with sauces, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mustard, olive oil, serrano pepper, purple onion, oregano, cilantro, lemon, soak with beer and marinate for 1 hour.
