These delicious beer ribs will delight you as they have notes of sweet, bitter and salty flavors that will leave you wanting more. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bottle beer, stout type
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 kilo pork rib, With fat
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough potato cambray, stir fry
  • enough corn, yellow

Preparation

Heat in a small saucepan over low heat, add the butter and garlic and heat for 5 min until the garlic begins to brown; Pour in the beer, soy sauce, ketchup, and muscovado sugar. Cook 5 min. Or until glaze is consistent.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Season the ribs with salt, pepper and seal them in a frying pan on high heat for 3 min. Remove from the heat and go to a refractory.
Glaze the ribs that you placed in the pan and cover, bake for 30 min and uncover, bake for 20 more minutes until they are perfectly cooked, soft and golden. Do not forget to bathe the ribs from time to time so that the gold is even and intense.
Serve the ribs with potatoes and corn on a plate. You can accompany them with your favorite sauces or dressings.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a platter accompanied by potatoes and corn.

TIPS

Seal the ribs on high heat before putting them in the oven. Once in the oven, bathe them constantly so they have a perfect frosting.
