An exquisite way to give a spin to your steak dish is to put a little beer to give it a rich flavor and keep the meat juicy. This recipe is very simple to prepare and sure you will love it all.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 750 grams beef steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cups lager beer
  • 1 Cube Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon

Preparation

Mix the beef with the Maizena® Regular Corn Fécula.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown, pour the beer and the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning.
Cook over medium heat until lightly thickened and served.
