Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Blend the chipotles, broad chiles, guajillo chili, garlic without peel, white onion, cumin, pepper, clove, oregano and white vinegar. Reservation.
In a baking dish add the beef, the previous preparation and let it marinate for 5 hours.
Once marinated, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 4 hours until the meat is soft.
