Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 biscuits
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 liters milk cream
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 kilos manchego cheese, lined
  • 1/2 sticks butter

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the biscuits horizontally in half and spread them with butter, arrange them in a refractory mold, previously in buttery and cover the whole base with pieces to form a plate.
Add the chicken covering the whole dish.
Mix the cream of mushrooms with the cream of milk and pour it over the biscuits.
Insert the dish for about 30 minutes or until it gratinates.
