Exquisite beef steaks in spicy sauce to taste as a homemade menu or taquiza.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of beef steak
  • 1/2 kilo of green tomatillos
  • 3 morita chili peppers or chipotle chilies
  • 1 piece of onion white medium
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 pieces of potato big
  • 4 soup spoons of oil
  • 2 cups of Water
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Blend the cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of water and empty into a bowl and marinate the steaks in this mixture.
    Boil the green tomatillo or miltomate and add the chiles moritas until they are cooked. Blend these with garlic cloves.
    Sancoche in a saucepan the onion sliced ​​into slices and the potatoes with their peel and divided into cubes of 2-3 cm. for 3-4 minutes avoiding burning the onion. Remove them from heat and set aside.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve hot accompanied by rice and hot tortillas.

    TIPS

    For a better flavor, marinate the meat because it is opaque for 15 to 20 minutes.
