Cook this delicious Boston But Pulled Pork Amara and pamper your family or be the star in your next gathering. To make this easy recipe you must mix sweet and savory flavors; In addition, the piece of meat you will need will be Boston But Amara.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Amara shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of raw sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of wine vinegar White
  • 3 spoonfuls of mustard sweet
  • 1/8 of tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika sweet
  • 1/2 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon of dry rosemary
  • 4 laurels
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 milliliters of Water
  • enough of hamburger bun
  • enough of lettuce
  • 1/2 cabbage For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 2 grams of Salt For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 50 milliliters of vinegar For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 100 grams of Mayonnaise For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 1/2 onion For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • enough of gherkin For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)

Preparation

Elaboration of Pulled Pork: Incorporate thyme, cumin, rosemary, paprika and ground black pepper very well into a molcajete.
Clean the meat, cover with the preparation of spices and place it in a bowl. Cover perfectly and let marinate 8 to 12 hours refrigerated.
Remove from refrigerator and place in a baking dish. Add vinegar, bay leaf, sugar and garlic clove.
Cover perfectly with aluminum foil and bake at 130 °c (266°F)
After time has elapsed, remove from the oven. Uncover the meat with two forks.
Place the cooked meat on a plate and serve as such or as a filling for hamburger buns
For the sandwich of pulled pork: Warm the bread on the grill or griddle.
Add lettuce to taste in the bottom side of the bun.
Place a portion of Pulled Pork on the lettuce.
Accompany with Coleslaw and garnish with pickles. Don't forget to place the top side of the bun.
Procedure for Coleslaw: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let stand at least 2 hours before and use.
