Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, White

  • 1 tablespoon paprika, sweet
  • 1/2 tablespoons thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoons dry rosemary
  • 4 bay (laurel)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • enough hamburger bun
  • enough lettuce
  • 1/2 cabbage, For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 2 grams salt, For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 50 milliliters vinegar, For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)
  • 100 grams mayonnaise, For The Coleslaw (cole slaw)

Preparation

Elaboration of Pulled Pork: Incorporate thyme, cumin, rosemary, paprika and ground black pepper very well into a molcajete.
Clean the meat, cover with the preparation of spices and place it in a bowl. Cover perfectly and let marinate 8 to 12 hours refrigerated.
Remove from refrigerator and place in a baking dish. Add vinegar, bay leaf, sugar and garlic clove.
Cover perfectly with aluminum foil and bake at 130 °c (266°F)
After time has elapsed, remove from the oven. Uncover the meat with two forks.
Place the cooked meat on a plate and serve as such or as a filling for hamburger buns
For the sandwich of pulled pork: Warm the bread on the grill or griddle.
Add lettuce to taste in the bottom side of the bun.
Place a portion of Pulled Pork on the lettuce.
Accompany with Coleslaw and garnish with pickles. Don't forget to place the top side of the bun.
Procedure for Coleslaw: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let stand at least 2 hours before and use.
