  • 1 piece of pork tenderloin Amara
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 4 grams of black pepper
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 2 pieces of onion
  • 1/4 of piece of leek
  • 10 grams of parsley
  • 500 milliliters of Red wine
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 40 grams of Butter
  • 500 milliliters of Water
  • 1 piece of beef broth in a cube
  • 3 slices of bacon finely cut
  • 6 pieces of fresh mushroom
  • 6 pieces of cambray potato

    Preparation

    Cut the meat into thick strips or slices
    Put the spiced meat in a bowl. Add parsley, pore, garlic, onion, carrot cut into strips.
    Add the wine. Let macerate a few hours.
    In a pan, melt the butter over low heat, and remove the meat and pass it lightly through the flour. Cook in a frying pan until golden brown and set aside.

    Place in a deep dish and serve immediately.
