Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole ground bread, ground
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups almond, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons dry thyme
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, delgaditas
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, almonds, parsley, garlic, salt, thyme and a little pepper. Stir well.
