Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 chicken breasts, in sheets
  • 12 asparagus
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • 1/4 cups apple vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • to taste black sesame seed
  • to taste chives, minced
  • 1 pinch sea ​​salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground

Preparation

To make the dressing: Mix the soy sauce, the olive oil and soy, the apple vinegar, the sugar, the shallot, the black sesame seeds, the chopped chives and the pepper in a bowl and reserve.
Season the breasts and cut each sheet in half.
Make the rolls by wrapping two asparagus with a piece of breast, you can secure them with a toothpick.
Fry the rolls carefully in two tablespoons of olive oil and soy, sprinkle with coarse salt. Remove and let cool.

PRESENTATION

Place two rolls on each plate and bathe with the dressing, you can decorate with a little more black sesame and chives.

TIPS

You can serve these rolls with mayonnaise and you have a different dish.
