Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Oliva, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 6 chicken breasts, in steaks
  • 300 grams ground bread
  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 200 milliliters cream, low fat
  • 100 milliliters orange juice
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Breaking the breasts starting with flour, then the egg and finishing with the ground bread.
Blend orange juice, cream, onion, garlic and strain.
Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Oliva, boil the sauce for 10 minutes over low heat, add the mustard little by little and season with salt and pepper.
Spray a pan with PAM® Oliva to place the breaded breasts, sprinkle each with 1 shot on each side. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.

PRESENTATION

Serve dipped in the mustard sauce.

TIPS

If the sauce lacks consistency, it is advisable to mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of water, and add it in the cold to the hot sauce, stir until it thickens, this TIP is for any sauce.
