These chicken breasts that are juicy and delicious. They are stuffed with an exquisite mixture of lettuce, goat cheese and dehydrated tomato that make it perfect game. Best of all, they are very easy to prepare!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 package French Lettuce Eva®
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 1 cup dehydrated tomato
  • 4 tablespoons basil leaf

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Open the chicken breasts with the help of a knife. Spit on both sides and seal in a pan over high heat with oil. Drain
Fill each breast with sheets of Eva® French Lettuce, goat cheese, dehydrated tomatoes and basil leaves.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve fresh from the oven and accompany with steamed vegetables.

TIPS

You can use ricotta cheese instead of goat cheese.
