Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, Boneless and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups thick cream
  • 60 grams roquefort cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Wash and dry chicken breasts with paper towels.
Spread the breasts with chopped onion and season with salt and pepper.
In a pan melt the butter in the oil and fry the breasts on both sides, approx. 5 minutes. Place in a refractory that can go to the oven.
In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, the roquefort cheese, the crushed garlic until it boils for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pass the sauce through a strainer and cover the breasts with them.
Bake the breasts for 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
