Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 chicken breasts boned and split in half
  • 3 teaspoons of Butter
  • 2 cups of thick cream
  • 60 grams of Brie cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • to taste of black pepper

    Preparation

    Wash and wash the chicken breasts with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
    In a pan, melt the butter and fry the breasts on both sides, about 5 minutes.
    Place them in a pyrex or tray that can go to the oven.
    In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, cheese and crushed garlic until it boils for three minutes stirring constantly.
    Pass the sauce through a strainer and cover the breasts with it.
    Put them in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 200 ° C.

    You can use Brie Cheese or Camembert in this recipe. Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
