You have to try this crispy buffalo chicken burger, it´s super juicy and thanks to your Braun®, you'll have the meat ready, fresh and seasoned in a second. Serve it with blue cheese dressing, tomato, red onion and lettuce.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, without the skin, for the meat
  • 2 chicken thighs, without the bone, for the meat
  • 1/4 tablespoons garlic, powder, for the meat
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt, for the meat
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper, for the meat
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, for the meat
  • 1 tablespoon sauce, red hot, for the meat
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic, powdered
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1/2 cups sauce, red hot
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups blue cheese, Grated, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar, for the dressing
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • to taste lettuce
  • to taste tomtato
  • to taste red onion

Preparation

Grind Braun® process all the ingredients of the meat until well combined, put the meat in a bowl with the bread crumbs, mix and form two hamburgers.
Bread the burger with the flour, baking powder, corn starch, salt and garlic powder, and refrigerate for 15 minutes, remove from refrigerator and bread again.
In a frying pan with oil, fry the burgers for 4 minutes and place them on a plate with absorbent paper for 5 minutes, then fry again for 2 more minutes, at 360-375 F.
In a bowl, coat the hamburgers with Red Hot sauce and butter.
For the blue cheese dressing: In a bowl mix the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and white vinegar.
To serve; place blue cheese dressing, a lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, then the hamburger meat and more dressing, the onion, another lettuce leaf and the top bun.

Serve on a board with blue dressing and french fries.
