Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil

  • 1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat with a teaspoon of oil, cook onion and garlic until transparent. Add the cactus and cook about 5 minutes or until they no longer release slime. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper leaves reduce and remove. Chill
