Preparation
Blend the tomato, the onion, the garlic, the cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato seasoning and a cup of water. Strain.
Heat the oil and fry the above for 3 minutes, add the rest of the water and bring to a boil.
Add the crush and the vegetables; cook over medium heat until the vegetables are well cooked.
Remove from heat, add the sprigs of coriander and let stand for 5 minutes, serve.
