Ingredients

10 portions
  • 20 corn tortillas
  • 1 kilo pork leg
  • 50 grams vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 5 lemons

Preparation

In a large pot cook the meat with enough water until it is completely cooked.
The meat is removed from the water and drained. With his hands he unravels.
In a pan heat the oil and add the meat so that it begins to brown.
Add the bay leaf, pepper and salt and continue cooking.
The tortillas are heated and filled with carnitas and served at the moment.

PRESENTATION
