This recipe is a delicious dish of carnitas ready for you to try with your whole family and enjoy either at breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as dinner. Accompany with tortillas and salad.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1.3 kilos pork loin, head, cut into 3.5 cm cubes
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, chopped or to taste
  • 1 serrano pepper, to taste
  • 1 onion, big chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth

Preparation

Put the oil in an express pot over medium-high heat.
Dora the pork cubes in the hot oil. Add the poblano pepper, jalapeño, serrano, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin and beef broth.
Cover and seal, let the pressure rise and reduce the fire to keep the pressure stable.
Cook at medium pressure for 1 hour.
Remove the pot from the fire, place it in the sink and drop a stream of cold water on the lid until the pressure drops completely.
Carefully uncover and serve the carnitas.
