Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 Knorr® Beef Broth, cubes
  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small bouquets
  • 200 grams beef steak, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, casting
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic, medium teeth
  • 6 teaspoons Margarine Primavera® Chantilly
  • 4 cups Water, hot

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the Chantilly® Salty Spring Margarine and season the garlic and onion. Add the beef fillet and fry for a few minutes until lightly browned. Stir constantly to avoid burning the garlic.
Add and integrate the carrot and cauliflower, cook for a minute. Pour the water and bring to a boil.
Add and dissolve the two Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res cubes, cover and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand a couple of minutes. Add the lemon juice before serving. Serves hot
