Ingredients

6 portions
  • 190 grams blackberry sauce with extra special mulatto chili
  • 1.2 kilos beef shank, Cooked
  • 2 1/4 cups broth
  • 4 guajillo chilies, seedless, roasted and boiled
  • 4 pulla chili, seedless, roasted and boiled
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 branch epazote
  • 4 cups potato cambray, cooked
  • 1 branch parsley, to decorate

Preparation

LICUATE chili peppers with garlic, cumin and 2 cups of broth. Blend until a smooth and uniform sauce is obtained
HEATING a saucepan with 1 tbsp. of oil place the meat and wait for it to brown a little and pour the sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes and season
LICUATE Kraft® Philadelphia® Cream Cheese with the rest of the broth and add to the pan along with the epazote. Rectify the seasoning and cook for 5 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve and decorate with a sprig of parsley and some hot tortillas.
