With this heat, having a barbecue can be a great option and what better than with these beef rolls marinated with Kikkoman® soy sauce and filled with a mixture of cheeses, ideal to accompany your summer evenings.   • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion, with tail, finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, for the marinade
  • 3 tablespoons honey, for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon flakes of chili, for the marinade
  • 1/2 cups peanut, chopped, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups coriander, chopped, for marinade
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 kilos beef tenderloin, in sheet
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 cups bacon, lightly fried
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • enough cambray onion, barbecue, to accompany
  • enough mushroom, grilled, to accompany
  • enough mixed vegetable, steamed, to accompany


In a bowl mix the garlic, the chambray onion, the ginger, the lemon juice, the honey, the chili flakes, the peanut, the coriander and the Teriyaki Kikkoman® Sauce; move and incorporate the ingredients.
Place the meat in a large bowl, add pepper and bathe with the mixture until completely covered. Marinade for 30 minutes in refrigeration.
Spread the beef tenderloin on a board, fill with the bacon, slices of Manchego cheese, Asadero cheese and crumbled Oaxaca cheese, close in a roll and flange with the help of cotton thread. Bake for 25 minutes, at 200 ° C.
Remove the loin from the oven, cut the flange thread and slice into 2-centimeter-thick medallions.
Pour sesame oil on a hot grill pan, place the meat medallions and cook 20 minutes over low heat, turn and repeat.
Serve accompanied by chambray onion, mushrooms and steamed vegetables.
