Preparation
Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, honey and Knorr® Switzerland. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the marinade and cook the chicken breasts in a Teflon pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until they are well cooked. Once warm, cut into slices and reserve.
Assemble the bowls, distributing cooked quinoa, tomato, avocado, cucumber, cheese, olives and chicken slices (previously made) in each one.
At the moment of serving, distribute to the center of each bowl a spoonful of Organic Hellmann's®, previously mixed with the parsley.
