If you want a nutritious and energetic dish this is the option, a delicious bowl of quinoa and chicken grilled with vegetables, it is super fast, healthy and you will feel satisfied longer.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken breast without bone and without skin
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 piece of green lemon its juice
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of dry thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoonful of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups of quinoa Cooked
  • 1 piece of tomato in medium cubes
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1/2 piece of cucumber with peel and seeds in medium cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese in medium cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of black olive slice
  • 4 spoonfuls of Organic Hellmann's® Mayonnaise for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley

    Preparation

    Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, honey and Knorr® Switzerland. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    Remove the marinade and cook the chicken breasts in a Teflon pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until they are well cooked. Once warm, cut into slices and reserve.
    Assemble the bowls, distributing cooked quinoa, tomato, avocado, cucumber, cheese, olives and chicken slices (previously made) in each one.
    At the moment of serving, distribute to the center of each bowl a spoonful of Organic Hellmann's®, previously mixed with the parsley.

    TIPS

    You can add a bit of lemon zest or finely chopped garlic to the dressing.
