Try these delicious chicken balls with mustard sauce, they are perfect for any occasion since its rich flavor of chicken and serrano ham is irresistible. In addition, the mustard sauce complements these flavors making the perfect mix for your palate.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2.5 kilos chicken breast, chopped
  • 60 grams Serrano ham, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons ground bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, to overflow
  • 1 cup ground bread, to overflow
  • 1 cup flour, to overflow
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • 100 grams potato
  • 70 grams onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 30 grams mustard
  • 1/2 liters chicken soup
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

To make the balls, crush the serrano ham, garlic, parsley and mix with the previously chopped chicken.
Add the egg, the bread crumbs and mix everything well. Form the balls with the previous mixture and fry in hot oil.
For the sauce, sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown.
Add the cut potato into small pieces.
Add the mustard, pepper and chicken stock. Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes until the broth has been reduced by half.

The sauce can be left like this, or you can choose to beat it.
