Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams chicken breast, in cubes
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the brisket until cooked (not golden)
In the blender grind the mushrooms with the half cream and the bouillon powder
Add to the pan with the breast already cooked and let heat 5 min on low heat, stirring constantly so that it does not stick.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the breast with some slices of mushroom.

TIPS

Season the breast with a little pepper and consommé. Serves hot and served with white rice and lettuce salad with tomato and cucumber.
