Preparation
Put the flattened breasts on a board and season them.
In a hot pan place the butter and cook the breasts for about 4 minutes on each side at moderate heat.
In a frying pan (pot) use a little butter, garlic and onion to sauté the mushrooms until soft, drain and stir for 2 minutes and then empty the cream and the chicken consome and bring to a boil if you prefer you can add a little of milk to make it less creamy.
Blend all the ingredients of the sauce. Bring the mixture once it has been liquefied to the pan with the chicken breasts.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for the ten minutes. Serve the chicken drenched in the sauce with the mushrooms.
