Preparation
Season the filleted chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat a sauce pan with 1/4 stick butter and cook until brown. Prepare the cream with chipotle peppers and blend everything with chicken bouillon cubes, the cheese and the rest of the butter.
Place the chicken breasts on a platter. In a saucepan, with a tablespoon of olive oil, cook the blended cream for 5 minutes.
Arrange the chicken on the platter and bathe with the previously blended cream. Decorate with slices of tomato and lettuce.
You can also decorate it with a green vegetable salad.
Accompany with natural melon water and eat with corn tostadas
