Chicken breast roll stuffed with goat cheese accompanied by a wide chili pepper sauce based on Fuerte Natural Tomato Puree and orange. Simply delicious and easy to prepare. Try it!

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 Cup of goat cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut
  • 5 pieces of chicken breast flattened
  • 2 teaspoons of fine herbes
  • 2 spoonfuls of ancho chili pepper ground
  • 1 clove of garlic Roasted with shell
  • 3 pieces of dry chile de árbol pepper soaked
  • 2 cups of Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • 1 Cup of orange juice natural
  • 1 piece of black pepper
  • 1 piece of clove
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Mix goat cheese, cream cheese and walnut in a bowl. Reservation.
    In a table spread aluminum foil, place the chicken breasts, add the mixture of cheeses and wrap to make a roll. Sprinkle with fine herbs and ground chili. Wrap with the aluminum and tighten well so that it does not come loose.
    Place the wrapped rolls in a tray and bake for 15 minutes until well cooked.
    Remove from the oven and reserve covered.
    Blend perfectly the garlic, the chilies of the tree, the Natural Tomato Puree of Fuerte®, orange juice, pepper and cloves, pour it in a hot pot over medium heat to cook until it reduces and you get a thick sauce, Reserve the preparation.
    Serve the base sauce on a plate and add the chicken roll cut in half. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    On a plate add the sauce in the form of a mirror and cut the breast roll in two, add it on top of the sauce and sprinkle with goat cheese.
