Preparation
Dissolve the Swiss Knorr bucket in the oil to form a paste.
Spread only the chicken breasts on one side.
In a hot pan, without oil, add the breasts.
Brown each side of the breasts (5 min), flip and finish cooking (4 min approx). Remove them.
In the same pan, over high heat, fry the onion 2 min.
Add the spinach and cook for 2 more minutes, then add the cream. Serve this mixture over the chicken.
