Preparation
Season the breasts and pass them through the bread crumbs.
In a frying pan put a little oil and brown the breasts and let's reserve.
In this same frying pan we fry the pores (leeks) cut in julienne when they are golden add the breasts, the white wine and sprinkle the rosemary and the nutmeg.
Add water to cover the breasts, let cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Finally add the almonds, cream and let reduce a few minutes.
We remove from the fire and ready.
