Preparation
Cut breasts, sausages and red and green chili peppers into cubes.
Place them in a dish and cook them in the oven at 180º C for 10 minutes. Then, increase the temperature and leave it for 5 more minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Place the meats in brochette sticks interspersed with grapes and peppers, and at each end place a feta of smoked bacon.
Finish cooking in the oven or on the griddle, sprinkling with white wine and coriander oil. Incorporate salt.
Take the honey to the fire. Let boil a few minutes and thicken. Add the mustard and cream. Serve in a separate container.
Accompany these brochettes with sautéed potatoes with herbs. Complete the dish with a thread of oil perfumed with herbs.
