Simple recipe to prepare chicken fajitas, it is a very practical and delicious dish. Kids love adults too.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 boneless chicken milanesa
  • 1 1/2 cubes chicken soup, knorr
  • 5 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Cut the milanesas into fajitas, the size is optional to the taste of the person.
Heat the pan you plan to use. With a fork, crush the chicken cubes and mix with the oil.
Pass each of the fajitas in the oil mixture and place them in the pan. When you notice one of the cooked sides, turn the fajita so that it cooks on the other side.
Use absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

PRESENTATION

Serve them with fresh lettuce.

TIPS

Personally I like to wait for each side to take on a slightly golden color.
