Ingredients

6 portions
  • 750 grams chicken breast, boneless cut into cubes
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into thick cubes
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 12 flour
  • sour cream, To accompany
  • green sauces

Preparation

Combine the coriander, lemon juice, and garlic in the blender. Add 1/4 cup water.
In a deep bowl, combine the chicken, peppers, and onion. Add the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (if you like the chicken heavily marinated, refrigerate the night before). Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and cumin, cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion and cook 12-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with the hot tortillas accompanied by cream and green sauce to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve the ready-made tacos or plate for everyone to make their own fajitas.

TIPS

You can also make this dish with beef instead of chicken.

De mis platillos favoritos. Me encanta como el pimiento da un toque crujiente pero suave junto al sabor del pollo. Con mucho limón y una salsita roja... PERFECTO y súper fácil.
