Preparation
In a casserole, preheat it and add 5 pieces of margarine.
Then add the chopped echallot and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Then add the mushrooms and cook them for 1 minute.
Then put the chicken breasts on top so that they are cooked.
And after your chicken is cooked add 1/2 cup of cream and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and let your cheese melt and season to taste.
