Prepare this delicious chicken recipe easy and fast. Take a creamy sauce based on Del Fuerte® Spiced Tomato Puree with goat cheese, flavored with oregano and fine herbs. Super rich and juicy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, whole
  • 2 chicken breasts, without bone and without skin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for sauce
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for sauce
  • 2 cups Puree Condimentado Tomato Puree®
  • 1 cup basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese, fallen apart
  • to taste basil, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat with oil and butter, fry the garlic. Add the chicken, seal the breasts on all sides; Season with salt, pepper and fine herbs. Remove.
In the same pan, cook the garlic with the onion, add the Del Fuerte® Spiced Tomato Puree, the basil, the cream and add the garlic powder, the oregano and the goat cheese. Cook around 5 minutes.
Return the breasts and garlic that you reserved and cook until the chicken is well cooked, over low heat and covered. Serve immediately and decorate with more goat cheese and fresh basil.

PRESENTATION

Serve the breasts with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil.

TIPS

Substitute the sour cream with whipping cream to avoid "cutting" the preparation.
