Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, whole
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 200 grams green tomato
  • 2 chayote squash
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 branch peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 serrano pepper, or jalapeño to taste
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Cook the chicken without skin adding garlic, onion and mint. Cook the tomatoes separately together with the onion and chili.
Blend the previously cooked tomatoes, onions and chili together with a spoonful of chicken bouillon powder and a pinch of cumin. Add a little water if necessary. Add salt at your wish
Put the tomatoes on the fire with half a cup of chopped onion, chayote previously cooked and cut and the chicken shredded

PRESENTATION

Serve with steamed rice

No me quedó claro el paso 3, me imagino que la salsa de tomate del paso 2 se fríe pero luego otra vez tomate al fuego con cebolla picada en aceite o asado o como?
