Preparation
Heat over medium heat, add the tomatoes and chilies until they change color.
In a blender add the tomatoes, chilies, garlic, onion, cilantro, epazote and liquefy for 1 min.
Heat the oil, add the onion, sauté until it changes color, pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper, cook for 10 min.
Add the chicken and cooking pieces for 5 more minutes.
Accompany with rice.
