    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (392F)
    For the mango sauce, heat the Aires de Campo® Organic Coconut Oil in a pot and cook the garlic for a couple of minutes, add the Natural Orange Juice, the Organic Honey from Aires de Campo® Manzanilla Bloom, the Organic Dressing of Mango and Chile from Aires de Campo®, Sal Aires de Campo®, and pepper. And cook until it thickens.
    Place the Aires de Campo® Organic Chicken Thighs and Legs together with the vegetables on a baking tray. Season with the Aires Aires de Campo®, pepper, thyme, laurel and glaze with a little of the sauce. Bake until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables bright, about 40 minutes.
