Preparation
In a large pot heat the oil, brown the garlic and onion for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add chicken, potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the water, the red wine and all the sauces.
Let it boil over low heat; Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
Remove the lid and cook for 15 more minutes to allow a large part of the broth to evaporate and the sauce to thicken. It serves.
