Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 kilos chicken breast
  • 2 cups walnut
  • 1 liter chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions

Preparation

Cook the skinless chicken breasts with the garlic and onion in the chicken broth.
The breasts are separated from the broth and deboned.
To prepare the sauce: the broth is liquefied with the nut and the bouillon powder.
It is put to heat the broth with the nut with the breasts.
Salt and pepper are added and served immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve with white rice.

TIPS
