Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 pieces of poblano pepper roasted, deveined and seedless
  • 1/2 stick of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 branch of coriander
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 piece of onion filleted
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cooked and deshebrado
  • 1 Cup of whole kernel corn

    Preparation

    For the sauce, liquefy poblano chili with cream cheese, cream, cilantro, onion, garlic and chicken broth. Reservation.
    Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the chicken, the corn kernels, the sauce, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
    Serve, accompanied by tortillas.
