Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 poblano chiles, roasted, deveined and seedless
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and deshebrado
  • 1 cup corn kernel

Preparation

For the sauce, liquefy poblano chili with cream cheese, cream, cilantro, onion, garlic and chicken broth. Reservation.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the chicken, the corn kernels, the sauce, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve, accompanied by tortillas.

On an extended plate accompanied by tortillas.

TIPS

Sweating the chiles helps the skin soften after roasting, so you can remove it without problem.
