Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 whole chicken, Match in pieces
  • 1 chicken breast, whole, starting at 4
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rum
  • 2 cups Red wine
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 branch aromatic herb
  • 3 dozens spring onion, girls (also the green part), chopped
  • 100 grams raw ham, in a single slice
  • 200 grams mushroom, in slices
  • 90 grams butter
  • black pepper

Preparation

Wash the chicken in pieces.
With a fork mix butter (45 grams), vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread this mixture over the chicken on all sides.
In a large pot, fry the chicken in oil, starting at the side of the skin.
Once all the chicken is golden, flame the pot with the rum (very carefully).
Once the rum flame goes out, put the red wine and let it evaporate, cooking at medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken stock and the scented herbs. Cover and cook for 15 more minutes.
Melt 45 additional grams of butter and brown the ham.
Add the onions (without the tail) with a cross-shaped cut on top.
Once the onions look transparent, add the sliced ​​mushrooms.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add everything to the pot with the chicken and let it cook until the chicken is perfectly cooked.
Serve hot with white rice.

Una vez que el pollo está lavado pasa las piezas por harina, de esta forma cuando lo selles en la sartén conservará sus jugos y se dorará parejo. Saludos Van
