Preparation
Mix wine, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, half of the onion and reserve. Put butter in a saucepan and brown the chicken. Once golden, remove the chicken and in the remaining butter, add the chopped onion and the bacon until golden brown. Drain the fat and put flour moving constantly for a minute.
Add the wine sauce to the saucepan and stir with a balloon whisk, add 2 cups of water, add salt and pepper. Then put the chicken there, cover and let it cook over low heat until the chicken is well cooked and the sauce is thick. If necessary, add a little water. Remove the scented herbs and put the drained mushrooms. Serve with white rice.
