A rich Greek chicken skewers called kebabs. They are marinated in yogurt and spices, prepare them you will love them, they taste delicious.

Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the Arabian pepper with 1 tablespoon of hot water. Add the paprika.
Add the yogurt, the olive oil, the vinegar, the tomato puree, the salt and the pepper.
Add the garlic and lemon slices and marinate the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours if desired).
Prepare your grill at medium-high heat.
Place the chicken in wooden sticks or banderillas and season with salt, pepper and more paprika.
Grease your grill with a little oil and cook the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning little by little.
