Preparation
Cut the skinless chicken into cubes. Heat the oil over medium heat and brown the onion with cardamon to make it take about 5 minutes. Add the chicken and brown for 4 more minutes. Put salt.
Add to the chicken the natural yogurt (without sugar), stir and boil, lower the heat and cover until the chicken is soft, about 15 minutes.
If the sauce is very liquid increase the heat and boil again uncovered until you have the desired consistency. At the end add the cream, curry and Garam Masala, taste if it is well salt and add more if necessary, heat and serve immediately.
